“The floor was dirty and sticky, and the lightbulbs and lamps weren't working—there was only one functional light, while three were broken. The bed was covered in dust and grime. The towels were used and "smelled of sweat." The parking situation was terrible; you couldn't park head-first—you had to back in—because the space was extremely narrow. All things considered, I give it a 4 out of 10.”

“Room i was put in was under construction then the next room had no air i spent my first two days changing rooms due to staff mishaps. ”

“This was so bad I couldn’t stay the 2nd night. If I had a place to go would never have stayed the one night. The room was not clean. The sheets had questionable stains which seems not clean. Hair on the covers. Just awful. ”

“Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in.”

“The stay was okay and the staff was professional. However, the bathroom needs updating, with rust around the tub and shower fixtures. We also found hair on a pillowcase and blanket, which was disappointing. Thankfully, we bring our own pillowcases and blankets. With better cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a much better stay.”
