“This hotel is close to the airport. The photos do not give the impression of its close proximity. We stayed for 1 night only prior to getting the ferry to Paxos. You will pay minimum €20 by taxi despite it being less than 10’ away. Reception staff were very pleasant. We were informed we had been upgraded. This means you have an airport/lagoon view rather than a garden view. The downside is lack of sleep due to aircraft noise. My advice would be decline the upgrade. I was still awake at 2am……
