“Excellent family holiday. Location is excellent, staff were excellent and very very helpful. We had a pool side room but there is easily enough beds around the complex. Gets the sun for 9hrs of the day before it sets behind. Wonderful sunrises. If you want extreme luxury and parties this not for you. If you want a family friendly quieter location this is perfect. Will definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay.”

“We were there for 5nts arrived at 11.30pm due to flight delay check in was fast, we were offered food & drinks if we wanted, which was lovely, The room we had was clean & comfortable. The AC was stuck on one setting, thankfully cool enough. There was a bottle of red wine & happy birthday note which was a lovely surprise. The wine was so good!! The room had fantastic views of the lake, mountains, airport & runway, which we loved! All Staff were always polite and courteous. The all inclusive……

“Camera spaziosa e pulita, letto grande e comodo. Il personale molto gentile e sempre pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi richiesta. Colazione ottima con molta scelta, anche se i pan cakes non erano sufficienti (pochi e appena arrivavano finivano subito). Parcheggio disponibile in struttura. L'unica cosa un po' negativa è la posizione. La struttura si trova a circa mt.700 dal mare e centro di Gouvia e per un certo tratto di circa mt.200 non c'era il marciapiede per raggiungere il centro, quindi ……

“As a couple, we felt we were miss sold this holiday as this is very much dominated by familys with multiple kids running wild. This made gaining access to pool, evening events and the buffet a stressful event. Reception staff rude on mutiple occasions. And paid for events changed with short notice.. overall this is loverly setting with beatiful beach but would certainly not recommend for couples. Probably good choice for the modern family. Noting the real picture is very different.”
