“I had tripped while walking to the hotel and the manager on duty immediately brought me ice for bruises and a cut lip, bandaids and special water. Breakfast as part of the reservation was ample with many choices taken at the restaurant next door. Despite the unusual hot weather I walked to the Guggenheim Museum and around the Old Town.”

“Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very……

“Very nice place, in the heart of old Bilbao. The only negative comment would be that the walls are super thin, therefore you can hear the other rooms pretty well. Also, please note that, since cars can't circulate in the old part of town, you have to walk a bit to get to the hotel (about 5 mins, nothing to exhausting). Otherwise everything else was perfect.”
