Clean room and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating since they assisted every time needed. We checked in a few hours before the estipulated time and gave us the room as soon as ready (12 pm). Staff helped us with the follow up with the airline that lost our bags and were always very nice

Very nice and clean hotel right in the middle of Casco Viejo where there is much to see and places to eat. The furthest walk was 25 minutes to the Guggenheim Museum, but a very scenic walk. I would definitely stay here again.

4 nights stay, fantastic location, great staff, nice rooms, only thing we would fault, is the smell from the toilet. We would 100% stay here again though.

Best in Bilbao

Central in the old town with easy connections. Fantastic selection of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Delighted that it was so quiet, particularly with it being in such a busy area. Would highly recommend a stay in this hotel with lovely staff.

Great location (provided you aren’t driving), very modern, excellent bed, quiet and helpful staff. On the downside overly fussy modern design and “moody” black decor did nothing for me, wifi wasn’t working but overall worth a stay if you don’t overpay.

Absolutely loved our stay, clean and comfortable. Some noise from the street as expected. The walls are thin so could hear "adult time" from the room next door. Luckily it did not go on all night, but someone was being very naughty (judging by the spanking that was going on.)

Great new hotel. Incredibly centrally located in the old town. Nicely styled and the soaps/shampoos don’t smell like your great grandma. If you book with a balcony you may hear some street sounds. Would love if the rooms had kettles for tea/coffee.

Great location and easy to find in old town. But my room was spacious and had a balcony which was nice but with that comes the noise from the streets. The bed was squeaky, the pillows were not my liking and the shampoo holder fell down and woke me up. The hotel lounge was cosy with a cafe and people working remote. The hotel seems trendy and the staff was friendly, and I appreciate the upgrade by paying 20£ to check in earlier as well

Great location and lots of character

Great hotel with at a reasonable price. Early check-in by paying 5 euros. Quiet and well located. Very new and nice skylight that opens and had black out blinds. Wish they had a fridge. Was alone but I'd you have someone with you, they can see you use the shower/washroom. There should be dark curtains around the washroom. A small fridge in the room would also be nice along with free coffee/tea in the lobby or even a small fee to pay, especially after hours of th café downstairs since no coffee or tea in the room..

Very good location in old town with pleasant staff Room was comfortable but was very dark with little natural light as the window looked out onto 3 high walls which felt claustrophobic Reception area was more like an office with work stations where people appeared to be working there all day ,with no room for guest to sit .we had to go to small coffee shop across the street to get a seat while waiting for our room to be ready which was disappointing
