“Hotel entspricht nicht der Beschreibung! Kein 5 Sterne Hotel! Frühstück mittelmässig, Bedienung schlecht, muss immer wieder selbst angesprochen werden. Keine aktive Bestellaufnahme, Tische werden nicht aufgedeckt und abgeräumt, Sessel und Tische nicht gereinigt. Büffet immer erst nach nachfrage aufgefüllt, zb. Gläser, ect.....”

“We loved our stay from the moment we arrived. You're greeted at the gate, bags carried for you! They learn your names and room number pretty quickly so don't need to keep checking when you're booking a taxi or booking dinner etc. All the staff are so lovely. Breakfast by the pool each morning is great. Fresh fruit, eggs how you want them etc. Special shout out to Youseff who is so smiley and friendly. The staff here really are so ready to help you or offer you something before you need to ask.……

“Very nice place, cozy woth that authentic feel. Location was convenient for walking. The room was small but very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. We had breakfast there, which was not included in our booking. It was very tasty and it was lovely to sit on the rooftop to enjoy it.”

“Breakfast included , if you have any evening tea or Coffie they will charge end of your checkout day , so be careful, they also charging tax on your checkouts I don’t understand if we already paid for our accommodation then why tex need to pay when checkout ? Make sure check and confirm your room size before you go otherwise they will give any room might be leading with small size disappointment so confirm before you fly. NO exhaust fan in the toilets. Overall peaceful , close to all tourist……
