“The view is spectacular, we had a great time!”

“We stayed here for my niece's bachlorette party the night before her wedding. Parker was very easy to communicate with and I found everything I needed in the kitchen to make a big breakfast the morning of the wedding for the bridal party.Somehow I got information on a different house in my welcome email, but it all worked out fine.I will say though, parking was rough. It is a one way narrow street with parralell parking. So be sure you can do that lol!! The neighbor helped my niece get her big……

“I booked this house for daughter and her bridesmaids to have a quiet stay before the wedding.This house was so beautiful and clean. It was a very comfortable place. It provided the laid back night we were hoping for. The spaces were very accurately described. There was plenty of room for everyone. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in the area. ”

“Seven members of my family stayed at this property for a family wedding. The accommodations were great and as anticipated. Plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint was the lockbox was extremely difficult to open and to see the numbers which made it hard to get into the house. There were just enough supplies to get us through the first night before we could shop. The only surprise was the tiny bar of soap in each bathroom. Good thing you had suggested adding it to our supplies!”

“25 minutes from Tate House wedding venue. Thoroughly pleased with this house. Exactly as depicted. Minor issues only. Sofa is completely worn out. Could not get the gas fire place to work. Outside deck furniture is pretty old... but again the weekend was great partly because we were so comfortable here at the house. Would definitely rent this property again. Staff was a perfect 10 throughout the entire experience.”

“We were there for my son’s wedding. This house was very convenient to the tennis facility, Chapel, marina, and big field where my son and his groomsmen played football/frisbee. Keep in mind that there are only 2 parking spots at the house, but we parked additional cars at the nearby facilities.”
