“Room was dirty (dirty sheets). Staff was not happy about moving us to another room. No apology for our inconvenience or the trauma of starting to climb in a bed that was disgusting.”

“Not well maintained. Checking in at 9 PM had to be done through security glass - lobby was locked. Staff was not attentive at all. Continued conversations ignoring me and another customer who was waiting before me. I interrupted them twice as we waited close to 10-minutes for them to finish a conversation with each other about work drama (we could hear them). The gras around the entire building was very overgrown. I was given a room facing the highway (very noisy) with bright lights shining……

Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster.
