“The check-in experience was the worst. I had to call them to check in, but I don’t have a US number, so I had to ask locals for help. When I finally checked in, the cabin was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, there were hairs on the bed, towels on the floor, messy sheets, and a smelly bathroom. Also, there were a hidden fees that were never mentioned in the ad. They called it a “hospitality tax” or something like that. I will never visit this resort again.”

“Casino is very small and horribly smoky. Seems like their ventilation system doesn't work very well. Rooms were ok, but they are hardwood floors and the floors were absolutely filthy. Don't think they have ever been mopped or cleaned. Was also very noisy. Doors being slammed until 3am. People running around in the floor above. Walls seem very thin. Was absolutely beautiful being right on the lake, but don't think I'll every stay there again. Staff was excellent though. ”
