"I went in August so before leaf people come to VT. It was a relaxing weekend, where I hiked, read a book, ate cider donuts, and enjoyed local beers. Breakfast was tasty. Would recommend you stay and enjoy the VT hospitality."

"What a jewel in northern Vermont! Phineas Swann Inn and Spa is in a beautiful, serene setting close to the Trout River. Our room was warmly decorated, extremely clean with a very comfortable bed and well-appointed bathroom. The quiet setting and dark drapes allowed us to sleep a little later before we enjoyed a delicious breakfast prepared by Kasi.
