“We planned on staying here but the shower did not function and was told it would be over 2 hrs to repair it. They would not accommodate us into another room so we could shower. We had a funeral to attend that day and we expressed it them how important it was and they were rude. We ask for a refund of the charge and they kept coming us with all these excuses not refund us. Would not recommend at all.”

“This is the best located hotel in town. Right in the middle of the action but not noisy. The sraff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms have a great working AC and even though it’s a Best Western, it does maintain the local charm. It’s also super close to the Estrella de Oro pick up/drop off. But you can only walk there from the hotel because it’s a steep ladder! Best place to stay in town.”
