“We planned on staying here but the shower did not function and was told it would be over 2 hrs to repair it. They would not accommodate us into another room so we could shower. We had a funeral to attend that day and we expressed it them how important it was and they were rude. We ask for a refund of the charge and they kept coming us with all these excuses not refund us. Would not recommend at all.”

“Worst hotel experience for a supposed 5-star property. Dirty rooms, cockroaches, ants, clogged bathroom, no hot water, weak A/C, Wi-Fi not working, and dog feces on the terrace.
