“Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for……

“We wouldn’t call this place luxury. Towels, iron, futon are anged and need to be replaced. Visually looked clean until it was time to go to sleep. Futon had crumbs when we went to pullout. Floors felt dirty. More attention to detail is needed when cleaning. Check in requires someone to physically let you in and then a fob instead of a code for gate entry. Not easy when we have two vehicles. Bev was very kind. Puzzled that she asked after next guest was already checked in if we used the upstairs……

“The location can't be beat. Can walk to Turtle Bay Resort and enjoy the trails and the amazing sea views in the area. The condo is nice and quiet for sleeping, the kitchen is well-stocked and everything was clean and in good working order. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again!”
