“Property was clean and beds were comfortable, but we felt disappointed with a few things. The property is a pretty far walk from the beach. You can drive to the beach, but we were hoping it would be closer. The air conditioner broke while we were there and a worker was in our place all day, but couldn't fix it. “The property was perfect for our adult family. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy. The air conditioning was nice after the warm sunny days. The amenities such as the washer/dryer , outdoor supplies for the beach, stocked kitchen, and extra amenities were a thoughtful touch. “Some pictures on listing are either outdated or of a different unit. It was still similar to what you see. Enjoyed a few of the things included; wagon, beach toys, and playpen. Kitchen was stocked well enough; I've seen better and worse stocked kitchens.While the unit was clean, there were some pest problems that I'm sure are difficult to manage on the island. “Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor!
