“Easy check-in and great communication with host. The unit has been recently remodeled with a truly unique designed. New washer & dryer which were easy to use. Kitchen was very functional as well and we enjoyed making our own breakfasts and some dinners. Pool was really nice too. We loved how close it was to the Turtle Bay beach area (east of resort) and the ample free parking to access the beach. The hikes around Turtle Bay were fun as well. We will be back. "I booked this room specifically for the sea view, but it was barely visible through a tiny window that doesn’t even open. However, the biggest issue was the cleanliness. The bed sheets and covers were dusty and there's visible stains. When I called the front desk to request a change, the staff member was incredibly dismissive. They pointed at a coffee stain and told me it was 'too small' to worry about, even claiming they couldn't guarantee that other sheets would be any cleaner. While we eventually got clean linens, the unprofessional attitude and lack of basic hygiene standards made for a very unpleasant stay. Would not recommend. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about cleanliness."
