This property was by far one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed at Gorgeous and great amenities You truly feel like your on vacation here!!

The staff was wonderful, full of aloha spirit. The recreational area/pool was great and the lobby decor was pleasing. The planned activities and Tahitian dancers were fun and we learned about the Hawaiian and Polynesian cultures-which was very special.

Everything clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff and had a large selection for the hot breakfast.

The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years, with rotating options, an omelet bar, and fresh cut pineapple. It was an all around 5 star stay.

Amazing experience! Highly recommended. Staff could not be nicer or more helpful. If it’s available, book it!

It is the best option for traveling!

The Residence Inn Oahu Kapolei is an excellent choice if you are looking for a great place to stay that is not on the water. The facility is clean and well maintained and the staff is outstanding! Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful. A hot breakfast was included with the hotel charge and was generous with its offerings. The restaurant was closed during our stay. My family of 7 ( 5 adults, 2 children 5 & 6) stayed at Aulani in November. As we arrived we were greeted outside and we all received leis. We had a 2 bedroom villa. It was so roomy, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Do not upgrade to an ocean view cause I believe all 2 bedroom villas are ocean view. Lots of fun water activities for families. Beach and wonderful lagoon for ocean swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding. Service is excellent. Pretty good restaurant options onsite. Only weak spot was the room, which was ok for a high quality resort. Also they don't have daily room cleaning service, only a "light" clean every other day, which is annoying.

Seriously, there was no reason to leave the hotel, outstanding luau & dinner. Lots of activities all day long for kids and adults. Views were fabulous (mostly ocean or golf course). Hotel is on the beach. Our standard room was a full apartment! Quiet, we could not hear our neighbors, even though they had kids. Staff was extremely attentive. We loved the space the space, lobby and in was convenient to the city bus route which was how we got around the city.

This was my second time to book in this hotel in our recent trip to Hawaii. First reason is that it's close to the airport and second they had a free airport shuttle which is super convenient. It saved us some money because we just had to return the rental car a day early because we didn't need to drive to the airport. Shuttle drivers were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was sufficient enough to start the day. Overall, I would stay again the next time we go back to Hawaii. Mahalo!

It is the third time we stayed and it was wonderful. Great service and pool was awesome! Housekeeping was efficient when we needed towels. Love this hotel, the price and great for getting everywhere without the traffic and crowded streets in Waikiki.

The Building a little tricky to get to your room, but other than that the room is clean and safe. The manager is very respectful and communicative which I like.
