“THIS WAS MY 4 TIME RESERVING FOR MY NEPHEWS AND IT WAS NOT UNTIL AFTER THE 4 STAY THAT I GET A CALL FOR AN INCIDENTAL CHARGE THAT HAPPENEND ON THE 1ST STAY. AND APPARENTLY THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE THE PET FEE ON THE LAST STAY. ”
"It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud.
