“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”

“The place itself was pretty nice the staff checking in was not. Required to see ID of every single person staying the night even me and my husband who weren’t even staying just dropping off my parents and grandparents. I thought that was weird and how the staff went about the whole process of checking in constantly answering other phones and ignoring us and our questions as well as rolling her eyes multiple times and sighing.”
