Villa Indikon is a stunning one bedroom villa with its own pool on the hillside above Trapezaki Beach, under the shadow of Mount Aenos with glorious sea and mountain views from the balconies and terrace. Villa Indikon is smart, light filled and perfect for a couple with a sofa bed in the living area for a child or third person if required. Stylish and modern, there is a mini-market and restaurant close by but a car is definitely useful for visits to the beach and exploring further afield, including the larger resort of Lourdas which is just 3km away. The villa is near to our other one bedroom villa, Villa Terra and behind Villa Aris, a 3 bedroom villa, so ideal for parties travelling together. There is a washing machine available to use free of charge at the nearby apartments, alternatively there is a maid laundry service for a fee.

Mobility Statement
This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 110cm wide along with 4 steps. The front door has a width of 110cm and there are also other doors that access the pool area. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 200cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is for the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the shower room.
