“Es un HOTEL muy conveniente, si no quieres pagar un precio más elevado por el que está en la terminal dos nosotros llegamos por autobús a la terminal dos y tuvimos que tomar un Uber que hizo 10 minutos y lo mismo para regresar a dicha terminal para borrar nuestro vuelo de regreso a México.”

“Para nosotros fue decepcionante. Les dije la hora exacta en que llegaba y me exigieron que los llamara al llegar. Les dije no tenía uso del teléfono para llamadas y me dijeron que fuera a información y que ellos llamarían. Fuimos a 3 sitios que decían información y ninguno quiso hacerlo. Tuve que pedirle un favor a alguien para que hiciera la llamada... Según la reservación, un transporte estaba incluido. Yo quise pagar el regreso (£19.95=$25.68) y ellos no lo aceptaron así.
