Friendly, proactive, helpful staff; a lovely, impeccably-clean, shore-front room with a stunning view of the bay and mountains; superb dinner in the Chart Room restaurant, also shore facing; a private hot tub reservation; delicious espresso in the little onsite coffee shop; great off-season price for my room; and extras, such as ensuring a space for me to be on a private zoom call after check out.……
