“The bedding was dirty and the room smelled bad, the refrigerator was very dusty and so was the microwave. Also, this is my second time visiting Lancaster and the 2 times I've gone the pool is always covered. When checking out they made us wait for them to check the rooms, probably thinking we had stolen something, just because we weren't Americans, because some of my friends also stayed there and at no time did they make the process as difficult for them as they did for my family. Not to mention...

“Clean room. Friendly staff. Quiet and safe. Enjoyed my stay. The room was lovely.”

“I stayed 4 nights. Room was cleaned 1 nite only. I was told the cleaner sometimes did not get to all of the rooms because they allowed dogs and those rooms needed extra time. Heat lamp in BR was on and would not go off. I reported it. Did not fix. Internet was NON EXISTENT. I was traveling for work and had to use Hot Spot every day”

“I stayed at the Travel Inn once before this time and both times were pretty good. I feel the room was even better this time. Room seemed a bit bigger and was clean. Only thing i don’t like is how the tv doesn’t have a guide but thats personal preference. Located in pretty decent area with alot of food options. Seems like a pretty safe area as well. Also, the breakfast could be a bit better but again, personal preference. Overall, would stay again”
