“Parking was easy. HVAC kept the room cool, but it was noisy and woke me up every time it turned on. In addition, I wasn’t able to check in at an appropriate time because there were no rooms ready. When I did the keys didn’t work and I had to go back to the desk. ”

“Room was decently clean, other guests were noisy and smoking weed outside. Issue with the shower not draining. ”

“They refused Me the room. They said they Only do walk-in. I said I had Booked the room on-line and they said TOO Bad and to leave the motel . They said the booking in-line cost charges a fee and that they will not allow.at to happen”

“Staff was very friendly, but the room was not in good condition. The matress was 'broken' with a large divot on one side. The was a whole in the wall as if someone had punched or kicked the wall in (broken plaster). The exterior entrance room door didnt have a working latch/lock. The toilet ran throughout most of the night and the wall sockets had no plates. And lastly the TV had no sound and the remote did not work (it was also broken with pieces hanging off).”
