"Excellent place to stay while touring through the finger lakes. Our young family really enjoyed the hammocks, firepit, foosball table, pinball, and the pool on lazy days while we relaxed at the house. Only about 30 minutes away from the parks/waterfalls that we wanted to visit. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and Evan is very responsive. "We stayed here with 5 adults and 2 dogs and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house was clean and comfortable. The location is very nice as it is close to a lot of various activities. We spent a lot of time on the back porch enjoying the quiet neighborhood. The dogs loved the porch too! If you are visiting the Finger Lakes, I would recommend this property."

"Great location ans size house for family of 8. Dock and deck had amazing views. Kayaks were a big hit for all. Air conditioning was great during a pretty hot week. Very happy with our retal house and vacation. Only wish the king bed upstairs was more comfortable, very hard."
