“This was our third stay at one of Evan’s properties. Every time has been a great experience. We love how close the home is to Ithaca College and much prefer the area than staying in the commons. Beautiful property and nice area to walk the dogs. Our college daughter loves we can bring a bit of home when we visit her by staying there… can bring the dogs, make home cooked meals or get carry out, watch movies together, etc. Home is well stocked and clean. Highly recommend staying here especially if……

“This was the best VRBO experience we have had. This is really a "spa like" home. The owner has really done everything possible to make this a relaxing and comfortable space. The hot tub was great as was the infrared sauna and salt rooms. Great location to all Finger Lakes and wineries. Hiking trails are everywhere. So close to Watkins Glen but still is a rural setting. Absolutely recommend this location.”

“Excellent place to stay while touring through the finger lakes. Our young family really enjoyed the hammocks, firepit, foosball table, pinball, and the pool on lazy days while we relaxed at the house. Only about 30 minutes away from the parks/waterfalls that we wanted to visit. The house was stocked with everything that we needed and Evan is very responsive. Side note - if you are looking for a unique experience, check out goat yoga at ZiegenVine Homestead farm. ”
