“Stayed for a fishing tournament. House was clean and perfect lots of parking for four boats trailers. Raber bay launch is very close. The AC in the house was great after a long hot day on the water. ”

“We found this property very enjoyable and warm and welcoming. A category for senior adults needs to be added as there are more elderly individuals that travel a great deal. “My family and I had everything we needed in this perfect spot with lake access. We were visiting family further down the beach, and were glad to have a quiet, comfortable place nearby to retire to each night. The place was exactly as advertised, and Kristina was a lovely host! ”

“A lovely base camp for our eastern / central UP adventures. The smoke from Canada made for some lovely sunsets. We saw crows, hawks, and eagle, and watched a family of otters swim by. We used the back deck to watch the freighters. Easy access to Brimley state park and Iroquois lighthouse for swimming. The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for meals and family time. We arrived during a heat wave and used the portable AC very effectively but the latter half of the week, it was open……

“Very nice cabin, lots of space and things to do. Tammy and David were very nice and great to deal with. Would recommend this cabin and can’t wait to go back. They also had all things needed for an infant which was extremely nice not to have to pack. ”

“There were plenty of bedrooms to accommodate our group. Host was easy to communicate with. Really enjoyed using the pellet smoker/grill. Dining space was limited. Quiet neighborhood made for a nice stay. ”

“We absolutely loved it at Sweet Winds Farm. The location was perfect for our planned trip to Mackinac Island. Super convenient and easy. The home itself was clean, perfect amount of room for our family of 6, but also cozy and warm feeling. Not great cell service, but that was a blessing. It felt like a step back in time a little to just enjoy family time and make breakfast together before heading out for the day.
