"This is an old hotel so some things, like the old elevator, old carpet on the stairs, noisy window air conditioning and worn wooden banisters, add to the charm but are still in need of upgrades and renovations. We are there mid-week so it was quiet but the presence of ear plug in the room suggested the weekends are noisy. All in all a good experience. The bistro was very good. And the location is great. "
