“Stayed here for one night. At first glance, the property looked great — the rooms were clean, and the pool and gym were well maintained. Unfortunately, the experience quickly went downhill due to a major issue. There was a mechanical failure, and the hotel lost water supply starting around midnight. I was literally in the middle of a shower when the water suddenly stopped. Calling the front desk was frustrating — they kept apologizing but had no information on when the issue would be resolved.……

“The toilet in our room is almost not working, the shower head is leaking, and the soundproofing is very poor. We were also assigned a room next to the laundry room, and the noise from the machines made it impossible for my family to sleep after a full day of driving. When I went to the front desk to ask if it would be possible to change rooms if one became available, the male staff member was very impatient and his attitude made us feel very uncomfortable during our stay.”
