“The home itself was nice, but our experience with the host made this a very frustrating stay.Check-in was at 4:00 PM, yet the access codes and instructions provided in a lengthy 7-page PDF did not work. Part of our group attempted entry for over 30 minutes. When I arrived at 4:30 PM, I contacted the owner (Jim) via VRBO message, text, and phone with no response. We ultimately had to involve VRBO customer support to get him to respond. Even then, we weren’t able to access the property until close...

“Emily was a great host. She replied very quickly and was on top of everything. The check in and check out was simple and went without a hitch. We had a large family gathering and the house worked out great. Kitchen amenities were great.
