I had stayed at this hotel before, about a year ago, and it was much better. The hotel is nice and I love that there is no carpent on the rooms! Now the bathrooms are really rundown for the price that they charge. The tub was broken and leaking, there was dust on the light fixtures and the AC was mounted on 2 pieces of wood.
On the main pool area...really nice, but the pool rules were only in English, so there were this couple with literally 6 kids, running around the pool area, diving, making huge splashes of water and screaming like there was a war coming. Now, I know when you have kids is hard co control them, I have 7 myself, but when the pool rules on an international hotel are only in English and must of the guest speak Spanish, they should do something about it. Most of us only have a weekend off to relax with our spouses, and when you have that type of a situation at least the staff should do rounds to tell people the pool rules.

We have stayed at numerous motels in the area and I now am comfortable not looking for a different place to stay. Walking in the lobby we were blown away! I love the fact we didn't have to have a room overlooking the parking lot but instead a wonderful view of the courtyard and pool. The staff (Abigail) was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The room was huge and very clean. You could tell it had aged over the years but still very well kept. The kids loved the big flat screen in the room and fridge was bigger than expected which was perfect for holding all our park food and drinks.

We enjoyed our stay at Magic village. The location is very good and very close to all of the Disney resorts. The resort was very clean and fresh but certain things detract from a truly luxury feel- on arrival the resort appears upmarket but then splashes of neon and a las-vegas-like full size video of a lady welcoming you to the resort reduce this luxury feel. The room was very nice and clean and it was quiet but again certain things affect the luxury feel - the bed linen felt like it was polyester rather than luxury cotton and the pillows were similar. The showers were fairly poor pressure. Although there were sun loungers on a balcony this overlooked the next door resort and there aren't really any nice views. Having said these points we still enjoyed our stay and there was a nice amount of space for everyone to have their own privacy and we would return but I would put this as a solid 4 star resort rather than anything higher.

It was one of the cheapest hotels with a free breakfast I found for this trip with my family, and as expected I shouldn't anticipate to get something spectacular. The biggest plus for us was a free breakfast, and we didn't use any amenities the hotel advertises, like swimming pools, etc. Our main goal was to be in a hotel close to Disney World as we had been spending each day out. This hotel is definitely close to Disney's as it's only 20- 25 minutes away, and this is its main plus. Because of the low price of hotel there is a lot of people who use it during a weekend. We've spent there one full week, and during the weekend the parking lots around the buildings were simply full. We had an unpleasant first night as the drunk or drugged guests in the next room decided to play very loud music around 3:30 AM! We called the main desk to report the incident and the hotel responded very quickly by sending a security guard to deal with them, but all of us were woken up and couldn't sleep for a quite some time after this. The room we had definitely needed some upgrades and the cleaning service was not doing the best job. The room was not very clean, the floor seemed always dirty - what we could see on our socks when we didn't use shoes, and we saw a couple times some insects running around, but I don't know if those were cockroaches or just some "regular" bugs that are present everywhere in a warm climate of Florida. Also the plumbing was working very slow, and front door needed seal.
