“非常棒的住宿享受，飯店設計很高貴優雅，全方位都很棒。飯店設施，可以讓住客很放鬆。”

“I don't think the pictures do this hotel justice. I think it is better than the pictures. Everything is perfect from the room, the breakfast, the location, the amenities, the pool, and all the greeneries within the complex. Don't forget to check the pet turtles and pet rabbits! I missed the balinese theatre dinner unfortunately so if possible, do stay in this hotel on Mon, Wed, or Fri and book a dinner and show session.”

“職員服務一流。”

“I really wanted to love Ayana Resort Bali but overall it was not a good experience. What disappointed me most was how stressful and restrictive everything felt. Sunbeds were extremely limited — multiple pools were already full, and we had to physically queue and stay there just to wait for one. You can’t even leave and come back when it’s ready, which honestly took away any sense of ease. Food was another struggle. There seem to be many dining options, but a lot of them only open for dinner.……

“room is clean and tidy, staffs are polite. but the water pressure is way to weak to a good shower. and the concierge service is too slow. we also have the add-on buffet dinner, the quality and options of food needs lots of improvement, not worth the price, the water drop from the air con on top of each dinning table is another problem. ”

“The staff is attentive and two bed room suit is very spacious with 2 balcony. I would not recommend the food in the morning buffet and Italian restaurant, the taste of food is not as good as in Phuket, but buffet has a lot of choices.”

“員工很有禮帽，很熱情，外出後，房間永遠都整理的很乾淨！甚至貼心的用毛巾摺小動物，看了很窩心！這是我去峇厘島開心的體驗！”

“very chill and authentic place to have a nice break.”

“Room is spacious, swimming pools are reasonable size. It's good to stay with the kids coz the hotel has a few places for the kids to chill out. On the whole is relaxing and you can spend the whole day in the hotel without going out”

“It’s a hotel with an amazing view and welcoming staff. Heartfelt and warming hospitality with a wide range of activities included / provided. The breakfast here is well-served, complimented with à la carte dishes. Highly recommended for couples or families who are looking for a chill place to stay in,”
