"Our family trip was centered around visiting Disney, and this hotel turned out to be a great choice for that purpose. It’s conveniently located about a 15-minute walk to the Toy Story parking lot, which made getting to the parks easy. It also had plenty of nearby dining options like Ono Hawaiian BBQ, Jersey Mike’s, Starbucks, Estalia Pizza pupusas and tacos.
We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite, which was spacious. The room included a full-size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, along with a small dining table and a separate living area with a sofa bed. The bathroom had a divider between the toilet and the tub, which adds convenience for a family. The only downside was that the sliding door tended to move on its own, which was a bit annoying but manageable.
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I asked a lot of questions, and they were always patient and kind in their responses.
We had one rest day during our trip and decided to check out the pool and water slides. While the slides looked decent, it was a windy day, so we didn’t get a chance to use them and stuck to the pool instead. Thankfully, the pool was warm and still enjoyable.
One of the highlights was the breakfast. It’s buffet-style, and we really appreciated being able to have a filling meal before heading out to the parks each day.
Overall, this is a solid option for families planning a Disney trip."
