"The queen bed had a hole in the middle so we each slept in our own queen bed. It helped."

"I trusted the rating from Hotels.com. I’ll be much more careful in the future. Our room was gross, the Heat/Ac was inoperable. The plug and outlet had burn marks. The shower head was so corroded that water barely came out. The bed had indents where people lay. The bedding was 3 sheets. When we asked the front desk for help with the heat and a/c we were told they were full. She gave us a fan and told us to open the window. The breakfast was a joke, cold coffee, cold gravy with biscuits and not much else. I am normally pretty easy going, but the fact that not one member of staff or management attempted to make this right is sad. We will never be back, and I would be very careful if you choose to stay here."

"The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, but the property itself needs better cleaning and maintenance. Our towels had holes in them, the bathroom had a very strong weed odor, the hallways smelled like cigarettes, and the fitness room was messy and had an unpleasant smell."

The bed was uncomfortable. It was just one of the worst days I’ve had in many many years and I travel a lot. I will never go to another Tru hotel, and I will seriously doubt that I will go to a Hilton as well"
