“Breakfast both days were not available. Suppose to open at 7 am , doors were locked, no one would respond. On second day we asked the night before if there was something we could take to the room for breakfast the next morning and were told NO. Simply not accommodating staff.”

“Loved the cottage! Everything was as stated in the property description and the cottage is decorated very nicely and very clean. Unfortunately, there was severe weather and we had to delay our trip a day. When I asked if we'd be able to get a refund for one day, I got no response from the property manager. “Everything was excellent! Early in AM on the way to a great breakfast, we asked room attendant to check our TV and the safety strips in the bathtub. Both of theses were done by the the time we finished breakfast! So clean Our conference room was well prepared for us. I was with a quilting group. I appreciated the lil notes left by our room attendants.”

“The hotel was very nice. The rooms are very roomy. The separate dressing room with an extra sink is nice. We had a balcony which was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the soap which had no scent. I never give 5 stars because there is always room for improvement, but it was rated very high like it was the last time we stayed there.”
