“We had a fantastic stay at El Toro Hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing – always friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They made us feel welcome from the first moment until the day we left. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with fresh and delicious food and different choices every day, which we really appreciated. “After spending 18 hours traveling from Spain to Tangier, we were met with an apartment filled with false advertising. There was no air conditioning, no hot water, and a kitchen with one bowl, one teacup, two plates, and two cups. The bedding didn’t appear clean and were covered in crumbs and body hair. The overall experience was so miserable we left a day early.”

Les chauffeurs ne savent pas où se trouve l'adresse un peu compliquée à repérer. Aussi, cette maison d'hôtes se trouve proche d'une évacuation d'égouts et les odeurs peuvent être désagréables. ”

“1- Clean, yes, quite no, after midnight, above-floor occupant can hear their noise, and dragging and moving furniture. 2- Upon checking in, they demanded extra payment (which we did pay in cash) to have them turn on the one-unit air conditioner (located in the sitting room). By the way, the apartment has two bedrooms with no air conditioning. 3- Unfavorable location.”

“So this property was beautiful inside and very clean, the location wasn’t the greatest, it was a little far from most activities we wanted to do but the place itself made up for it as it was very nice, clean, spacious, and a good deal price wise. The staff was also very helpful and responded immediately to any of our needs. We initially didn’t have a coffee maker in our room and the staff brought one up immediately when we requested it along with some new capsules. We would stay here again,……

“Although I stayed for just one night, it was amazing. Got lots of rest, the staff were great, dinner was delicious, and even though we were leaving very early in the morning, quite some time before breakfast would be open, they set up a table with lots of food so we wouldn't leave on an empty stomach. ”
