“We really enjoyed our stay. The host was very accommodating, and made WONDERFUL breakfasts. Some people may prefer elsewhere, as the bathroom is shared, one cannot lock their room door when they are out and about, and parking is limited on the residential street. However, we felt safe and secure, nonetheless, and did not have any issues with the shard bathroom.”

“Star Motel was a great place to stay for our weekend trip to SF. It was centrally located near multiple public transit options and a variety of shops and restaurants. The motel itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and kind. The only drawback to the location, is that the motel is located on a busy road and we could hear louder trucks and motorcycles driving through the night, but other than that it was perfect!”
