“Place was clean and private. Listing does not really mention that it is an ADU. Parking was a bit hard to find.”

“Got in after midnight, room ready and quiet with air conditioning working well throughout my stay.”

“It lacked style but felt comfy compared to other local options.”

“Space worked well for our whole group and super close walking distance to food spots nearby Manhattan Village shopping area.”

“Got in after midnight, room was ready and quiet with an easy-to-use coffee machine in the kitchen area. Beds were large so we both slept well despite the long day on the road ahead.”

“Great place”

“Strong internet signal allowed me to easily complete work from my desk space in the room. It was also quiet enough to concentrate well.”

“This simple setup covered everything I needed well enough.”

“Needed some rest after a long drive and got it here. The underground parking made things easier by myself. Rooms had air conditioning which helped with the heat. Shops nearby kept me busy when I wasn't working.”

“Coffee machine in every unit helped jump-start mornings even when tired from flights!”

“Great location. Perfectly located for what we were doing in the area. Host answered immediately when I messaged her. No issues with the place and was very clean. Had many extras with towels and some essentials in the kitchen. Very quiet neiborhood.”

“Clean rooms, we enjoyed our time here. The only issue we had experienced was not being able to close the garage door fully and because it was late when we check in, there was not much that can be done at that point. The bathroom in the master bedroom was not labeled clearly how to get hot water, and we had thought it was broken. It would have been helpful if the shower knob had some indicator on hot/cold water. Other than that, our stay was pleasant. Location is great and close to beaches.”

“Easy elevator access from underground parking spot added to convenience during our stay.”

“房間大，風景很好！”

“Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA.”

“We Loved This & Will Visit Again!!”

“Very nice place and close to different amenities”
