“Unfortunately, when we arrived we saw signs of a pest infestation. There were several case-bearing moth larva on the walls, near the baseboards and closets. They're insects that live inside cases and can feed on your clothes causing damage that you inadvertently take home with you if there is an infestation in a property you rent. We also observed that there were no smoke alarms - the smoke alarms were disconnected in several areas - totally removed. And, the security fence that protects the……
