"The staff were fantastic and very responsive to any inquiries via WhatsApp. I had to contact them several times and they always responded in a timely manner. The bonus was they spoke english which I found was a rarity in Sao Paulo - no biggie but a few phrases and Google Translate go a long way. The gym and sauna were fantastic.
