Igreja Nossa Senhora D'Ajuda - ILHABELA, SP, BRAZIL - NOVEMBER 30, 2022: Facade of the Nossa Senhora da Ajuda church in the historic center of the city known as Vila (Village) .

Beautiful church in Portuguese colonial style. It was inaugurated in 1806 and later reformed in the 20th century. It keeps inside a beautiful panel dedicated to Nossa Senhora D'Ajuda. Every year, in February, there is a great party dedicated to the patroness with quermesses and typical foods. On its exterior stand out for the statue of Christ crucified at the base of the staircase.
