“The place was great. Clean studio apt with sleeping accommodations for four and even a small kitchen and dining table. Good location, about a three minute walk to public transportation station. “Sehr schöne und helle Fewo mit umfangreicher Ausstattung! Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3.OG eines größeren Wohnkomplexes. Weit außerhalb der Stadtmitte aber mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle für den Bus ist nur wenige Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Ruhige Lage. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Übergabe hat gut funktioniert. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!”

“Moderne und schöne Inneneinrichtung, alles gut instand gehalten und sauber. Moderne Küchengeräte und genügende Ausstattung. Der Balkon ist ausreichend groß zum Essen für zwei Personen. Kleines Manko: in den Fugen wächst einiges Unkraut. Der Balkon liegt bis zum Nachmittag im Schatten, was an heißen Sommertagen, wie wir sie hatten, sehr angenehm ist. Die FeWo liegt sehr nahe an der Zugstrecke nach Leipzig. Einerseits super, um schnell in die Stadt zu kommen, andererseits hat man vom frühen Morgen……
