“Although the rooms were larger & clean for a 3 star hotel, there are no restaurants or bars on the property as shown in the images. The photos online as compared to real life are not the same. The paint is chipped everywhere, entryway is depressing and the check on is mediocre. Getting a taxi or transportation to this location is not easy, if you have a car it might be ok, but too far off the beaten path. I would not book if I had known these things.”

“This is a super unique place to stay with an amazing view. The breakfast was definitely a highlight for us along with the staff. There is a beach near the property however it is a long walk and a super steep hill. There are no towels or chairs unless you purchase them. There is also no dinner location so without a car it is challenging to get dinner. There is a bus stop near the property but we ended up transporting via taxi. We were able to get to La Spezia train station and Marina in 15-20……

“Extremely difficult and stressful check-in process that made very little sense and turned what should have been a simple arrival into a frustrating experience. The host was also quite rude and made us feel as though our responsibility was to look after the apartment for the next guests rather than making us feel welcome.
