Literally in the heart of Florence. It was a beautiful stay! Everyone in the hotel was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was by far the best part of the stay, the restaurant manager was amazing, even remembered our names the next day which was impressive. The water pressure was good. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby, you don't need a car unless if you're leaving Florence.

Hotel Bernini was perfect for our honeymoon! Their staff was extremely polite and resolved problems very quickly. The hotel was also located near several popular tourist spots, making our stay in Florence much more convenient.

The Bernini Palace was wonderful. The moment you walk into the lovely lobby, you are welcomed by the most professional employees. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The location is perfect to all the sights and fabulous restaurants are everywhere! I highly recommend!

We had made reservations for 3 people (2 adults and a child) for a superior room. The superior room, per Expedia sleeps 3 people and per reservation, the hotel considers any guest as an adult. Upon checkin however, we were told that we can’t stay in the superior room and have to pay 200 euros each night extra for an upgraded room and blamed this on Expedia. This was completely inconsistent with our reservation. The hotel itself was great and centrally located and the staff were very nice.

poor value proposition at nearly 400 euros/night for such a very small room (basically room only for the bed) and a view of nothing but dirty building walls. Only positive thing about this hotel for me was the professionalism and warm courtesy of the staff.
