The hotel is so close to the ferry which takes you to all the towns. The entire staff was just amazing and so helpful. Very beautiful hotel. The town itself was so nice. We had a blast.

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and really aimed to please! I wasn’t sure if it would be a problem not to officially stay in Cinque Terre but the hotel was right across the street from the ferry dock and there were plenty of restaurants and things to do in Portovenere so it was actually a relief to come back at night and escape from the crowds in the other towns.
