"Checkin staff was very rude. First he promptly said we don’t have clean room. I said i already informed and early checkin through app and show him messages but he responded very rudely then i ask him atleast check with my booking then after he checked he give me room key 717. How is it possible before 1min no clean room then suddenly room is ready. Also he responded very rude… I will never come back to sheraton. Worst experience… bed and pillow also too old and very uncomfortable stay"
