“It's a very nice quiet picturesque place in the countryside. The accommodation was excellent, it was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room for four people.We even had peacocks to keep us company. I can certainly recommend Conway Valley cottages.”

“Lovely, well maintained and comfortable property in a quiet village giving us the full “country” experience. Relaxing in the hot tub on mornings and evenings with views of the valley was amazing. Good quality beds and bedding in all rooms made for a relaxing visit with everyone in the family enjoying a good nights sleep each night. Good pubs and food available in nearby villages within short (20 min) drives. Lots of interesting places to visit in local area. Would visit again in the future. ”

“The cottage was in a perfect location for us. The town centre of Ruthin is within walking distance and there are many interesting destinations a short drive away.
The cottage was clean and all the essentials were provided. The bedding and towels were of good quality and the bed was very comfortable. There is secure off-road parking and the garden is fenced around. There is a tall step between the back door and the gravelled garden, but Ruthin is hilly so this should not be a surprise! ”

“Staying on a platform with occasional steam trains passing by. Wonderful experience. Cottage is well equipped and close to Llangollen and Corwen for shops. Having the beds made as double requires some gymnastics as headroom is limited in the converted loft. Overall a lovely place to stay and well recommended. In addition we chatted to the signalman and he happily gave us a tour of the signal box. ”

"Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have visited). Services also excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the waiter of the restaurant who was enthusiastic and sincere. Restaurant food was great and price was reasonably low. Carpet of the room was a bit old which was the only thing I did mind a bit. Will definitely visit again."
