“We gathered to celebrate my son’s 23rd birthday. We didn’t need 2 areas for cooking but having the extra space was nice. 3 refrigerators was a plus. It rained at some point on most days but had plenty of games or just chill and read a book. We used the paddle boards and played corn hole too. Wonderfully quiet place in a neighborhood with large lots.”

“The house was nice, well kept, and clean. We had a mechanical issue with the refrigerator, and it was taken care of promptly by the host. Communication with the host was great. Replies were quick and all the information we needed for our stay was provided before arrival. I would stay there again.”

“Came in town for a family event. Centrally located for events in town. Brought our two small Pomeranians - set up perfectly for dogs with a great fenced in back yard. If you are looking for a clean, dog friendly property located in the heart of downtown - at a great price point, this is your property. ”

“Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. This made the stay even better. We highly recommend Karen as a host and her beautiful home for your next get away.”

“We enjoyed everything about our visit to Bella Vista! The location was great! We were ages 63-3 years old. The game room was enjoyed by all and the dock was a blast we especially enjoyed the LilyPad!, kayaks and paddle boards! When we were not on the lake the kids enjoyed the pool.The waffle bar was a nice touch!! The kids loved it! Our host Brandon was great to work with and the few issues we had were addressed quickly. “My sister and I stayed here for a sista getaway. We loved the cottage with the beautiful outdoor surroundings. The hostesses were attentive to every need - even getting out in the rain to come turn on deck lights for us. The cottage was beautifully decorated and had lots of extras to make it special. ”

“There was plenty of room for our family. Some brought life jackets and boogie boards and really enjoyed the lake. Some of us swam in the pool and really enjoyed it, too. There were lots of pool toys, and it was spacious for lots of swimmers. The grandkids enjoyed the arcade game, ping pong, corn hole, and board games, and watching movies together. The kitchen was well stocked with a spacious frig. It had easy access to I65 and was easy to find. Thank you for a nice home for our family to...
