The hotel was close to the Central Line, which made it easy to get around London. The photos are misleading, and I was too impress with the rooms. The breakfast was good, and the dining was ok. The cleaning staff was friendly.

Lovely location overlooking Hyde Park, although be aware that Lancaster Gate Tube station might be closed. Room both comfortable and clean. However, we questioned why the hotel insisted on taking £30 off our card for potential expenses, such as a drink at the bar. We didn't use the bar, and felt it unfair for the hotel to do this
