“The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. The problem we had was that the resort had 7 buildings and one pool. So unless you got there early you were forced to go to the beach. Also the lounge chairs at the pool were on top of each other with other people right next to you so there was no privacy. The lounge chairs on the beach were also very close to each other. This was a get away vacation for my wife and I and didn't appreciate spending it next to other quests.”

“Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.”

“When we got there to check in it there was no one at the property and the instructions said to check in at the property. When I finally got a hold of someone they said we were to check in at the office down the road. Once we were checked in we realized there were not enough blankets for us.
