“Upside: Pet-friendly, comfortable bed, helpful staff, fairly quiet. Downside: Room keycards had to be continually resynced so we could get in both the exterior door and our room - we reserved a room for two nights and had to "rekey" our keycards at least 3x each and we ended up going home early (before the 2nd night); one of those times was at 2am when I couldn't get back in the door after taking our dog out to do his business. Can't comment on other amenities - we didn't use the pool, gym, nor……
